instant: opted out
The code here is identical to the blocking tab. The only difference is export const instant = false, so no insight is raised. The navigation is just as slow; you have only declared that acceptable for now.
What to check
In dev, no insight appears even though the blocking tab's does. In a build, the pending dot still shows on navigation. Opting out of validation does not make anything faster.
During a migration you would apply this across the app in one pass with npx @next/codemod@canary cache-components-instant-false ./app, then delete it route by route as you fix them.
